I went in for a simple pixie cut and this older lady with short hair said she could help. I was very excited and in need of a pick me up. I would like to be clear she DID NOT help. She sat down for half the haircut and used the same pair of scissors so there was no layers or texture or transitioning. It was very uneven and she left gaps of hair missing on the side of my head. She cut my head like a bowl cut after I specifically showed her a picture. I started cry as I realized what she had done and wanted to leave but she insisted that I look at the back of my head and I told her no politely because I was so embarrassed. She would not let me leave until I did and seeing my hair so unevenly and hacked up while attempting to stack on the back of my head broke me. This pick me up had turned into a breakdown. I will never return here. That woman literally ruined my entire month.

She done great on my hair cut!!! The cut looks exactly like the picture i showed her that I wanted. I was quite surprised considering she had to cut 8-10 inches off my hair to get the desired cut and style. Based of this experience, I will be going back.
