The employees that took care of us through the drive thru on the evening of 6-28-22 were very kind and went above and beyond to help with an issue I was having at the window (not their faults, totally mine.) Their kindness was very appreciated!

The food aroma was really good on first impression when walking in. The plain chicken tenders were crispy and delicious. They far exceeded the texture and taste of the boneless wings, which were tasty as well. The girl up front was very personable and helpful. The "nuclear sauce" was something to remember for next time!

Terrible experience today. We waited for a salad and a chicken tender meal for over 35 minutes. Many customers were waiting. One man had to return his bag because the plates were tossed in and spilling everywhere. I would have gladly taken our money back and left but that would have caused more trouble. I submitted my survey and won't return to this location until these issues are resolved. Not a staffing shortage; The business was well staffed and it was 2:30 pm in the afternoon.
