We made a reservation for a cargo van several days ahead of time by calling the Kirkman Rd location. We were quoted $129/day with up to 200 miles included for 24 hours with .39 per mile over 200. The day before we needed the van we called back to confirm and we were then quoted $113/day with 200 miles and .29 a mile. Yay, even better since we needed it for a 120 mile one way trip. Kayla and her manager Austin confirmed the price and reservation. When we showed up, Nate Ware who had a name tag that said ‘owner’ was not going to honor the pricing I confirmed over the phone. He stated, “I’m not honoring this price and they don’t even know what they are talking about” and he didn’t even know who they were. He said he sees all the information and who we spoke with but, nope, too bad. Nate was rude, condescending, and very unprofessional. He did not care what was said and was an a-hole. I highly recommend you do not rent from this location! It is worth the extra money to go to a different rental agency or location.Nate needs to be fired.
