I requested a trailer 7pin wiring connector to be installed at this location. The rep. picked it up off the shelf to left it for the technician to install it and add full price to my invoice in addition to 1.5 hours of labor ($90/hr) (total charge of about $250 for part and labor to install wiring). When I came back to pick up the car, I found a different cheaper 4 pin connector installed without any explanation. They finally agreed to remove the part charge and asked to make another trip next day for installation of the part that was picked earlier and pay for the part at installation. When I came second day, the tech said that it would cost extra labor and gave very rude words. I think other locations would be more reliable and would not be rude to their customers.

U-haul General Manager Andrew Khan, was DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL. He install a hitch on my SUV, and wired it where i now have electrical issues with my A.C. and radio. It got so bad the sheriffs was called in to help with the issue. THAT ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE!!! AVOID! THIS BUSINESS!!! I wish i can give it NEGATIVE, ZEROS not stars.
