Purchased a lot of furniture from Kasala and even 5 years after purchasing they came to fix a recliner issue (arrived punctually at the time they said and fixed within 30 seconds — I could have resolved on my own but they were so nice about it). Amazing customer service and just the nicest team to deal with.

I bought a sofa a couple of months back. I love the sofa, but what compelled me to write a review is how Kasala really came through for me today in an outstanding way. I recently moved, and the movers dropped they sofa which caused a leg to splinter. I wasn't even expecting them to be able to replace the leg, and if they could, I figured it would take weeks or months to get it in and that I would need to pick it up. Well, not only did they have a leg, but they brought it out to me, same friggin day and put it on for me! And that's not all!!! They didn't charge!!! Honestly, I'm sorta beside myself. Thanks to Aaron and Jason (hope I got the names right)!
