Inpatient treatment requires focus on one's recovery, cellphones are a distraction from the recovery process. No, cellphones are not permitted but there is a phone that can be used for your important personal use upon approval from your treatment counselor.
You can visit him every Saturday from 1 to 4. Cash would be best, and brought to him.

If you are on the visitors list (which was today - Sunday) you can bring items then but if you are not on the visitors list there is noway (unless approved by a counselor) for you to get items to a resident. The resident has to ok it with the counselor. There are confidentiality laws.
