I had dinner with my son and his friend at Yanni's this Memorial Day weekend. The hospitality and service were exceptional. The food flavors just pop in your mouth from the first bite until the last. The Horiatiki salad is as fresh and delicious as you'd expect to taste in Greece. The Saganaki is mouth-watering. The variety of meats just perfect. Kudos to the owner and his wife for making our last evening in Seattle a memorable one.

The food was alright. Nothing spectacular for me. Of course I had the loaded greek fries, and it’s really hard for someone to mess up fries IMO so that’s why I rate 3/5 stars. I also ordered the 2 skewers platter. The meat was average, salad was just that and the rice pilaf disappointed me. Seemed to be parboiled rice and from a box- dry. I’m not sure why they are asking for so much $$$. I recommend simply ordering a gyro and keep it pushin. Didn’t seem to be the best for the price. You still have to tip even with a take-out order so it was not worth it for me.

Yes a great place, we eat there often. I haven't seen it too full, but it wouldn't hurt to have a reservation.
That was filmed quite some time ago, I'm pretty sure about 5 years ago. I went there about a month ago and it was still very good.
Hahah I watched the episode on Kitchen Nightmares as well! The overly emotional daughter was funny to me 😅. They are still open for a reason after Gordon visited them. If you were on the show and you're still open, you're following what Gordon instructed while staying true to what made it originally great before Gordon came around! I went for the 1st time last weekend and it was delicious! I got the Chicken Yanni and it made me want to see what other amazing dishes they have!
