Went to store tonight in virginia it was 825 and place was locked with lights off, yet on store front door says it's open till 9. Very disappointing

I love the design aesthetic of the store but very disappointed by lack of customer service and rigid policies. I ordered two armchairs in May 2022 that will be delivered in February 2023. Two days after putting in my order, I tried to change the wood finish on the legs of one of the chairs and was told it was impossible to do, despite the 9-month wait for having the furniture made. The manager told me she would inquire about possible exceptions and it took 2 more phone calls and 2 emails to once again get a no. Not on par with the responsiveness of staff in other furniture stores.

To be fair, i found it very similar to pottery barn store. I liked it tho, i was greeted as soon as I came .
