The design service is awful. It’s basically just them wanting you to walk around pointing at what you want from them; they don’t actually do the design as much as they just have high ego around their portfolio and want you to pick one they’ll customize. They’re just salesmen disguised as designers. After two consolidations there was literally no throughput. They just wasted my time. I ended up buying everything from a competitor and designed it myself. That’s a whole lot of arrogance for no reason.

Their furniture is beautiful and of high quality. Definitely worth the money because it not only looks good but it lasts for a long time. I gave them 4 stars because their order and shipping policy is not flexible. If the old order is delayed they should allow for the new orders to be added to it and not charge more for shipping.

Took a quick stop by this store just to browse during my furniture adventure. What I can report is that the staff is pretty nonexistent. Not one person approached me to ask if they could help which is fine bc I was just looking around for inspiration. Not all RH's look like this but the one in NYC is more opulent.
