This place is garbage. Everytime I go here at different times these employees are ALWAYS on a break or out to lunch. I've seen a parking lot full of people waiting with lady sitting at desk inside just casually eating. Mismanagement or EO ruined this place.

Multiple companies delivering multiple packages. Signature required. Tracked a package and it said "left in garage". I have no garage. Stood guard at my window waiting for a package-tall Caucaian, brown curly hair, blood shot eyes and red patches around both eyes, looked inebriated or high. Watched him proceed to place a package on my garden table when specifically instructions and signage on property advised to leave package at front door and to knock. Luckily I saw the guy and banged on the window (I work from home) and pointed to the door step. He placed it there but noted that he gave it to me and signature was refused. This guy looked like he was completely inebriated and just got out of a bar fight. Prior delivery person to that African American short chubby male asked me personal questions and then almost dropped my package and then I came out with gloves on and met him to sign for package, he advised no signature is necessary. Signatures are needed if the sender requires them. It is for the protection of all involved. These people are irresponsible and there is no way to get to the local warehouse manager, or put in a written complaint. If you call service you get the Phillipines and they do not give real names and they do not have to be consistent in the false names that they provide. When I called on this one I got "Barbie" who directed me to the website and which redirected me to her and gave me all types of misinformation, when asked for a supervisor, tried to cajole me into hangin up which I did not.
