Along with a place like Bastion, this is a can't miss restaurant in Nashville. The service, food, and ambiance are all top notch. Appetizer not to miss? Roasted Cauliflower - honestly so much better than it should be! Can't wait to go back.

Absolutely outstanding meal. Lovely ambience. Wonderful service. Incredible and perfectly prepared food. Didn’t take a photo of it, but the roasted cauliflower with 3 sauces was amazing. The venison was perfectly cooked with wonderful sauces and sides and the mahi mahi was the catch from the sea. The desserts were also fabulous. The pavlova with poached pear and cranberry was light and the perfect mix of sweet and tart, while the mocha bar was rich and dense and luscious. Really a lovely evening.

It took 2 years of living in Nashville to finally make it to Etch and I regret not coming sooner. The menu was extremely varied and thoughtful, and the dishes were so so good. Every bite was wow. Highly recommend the cauliflower and Brussels sprouts as a starter / side!!

What an amazing experience we had for Valentine's Day last night. The portions were very generous and the food blew my mind. Everything was extremely delicious and while the food was excellent what stood out most to me was how PERFECTLY the restaurant was run. We had welcome champagne at the table before I took my jacket off. Our water glasses never reached the halfway point before they were refilled. Empty plates were removed within seconds and the courses were perfectly timed out. It was busy and while they had a decent sized staff it felt like they had double or triple the staff that they actually had. The hostess was also amazing and got us sat quickly even though we showed up 20 minutes early. Huge Kudos to this place for giving us a perfect experience on one of the busiest nights in the restaurant biz.

Depends on what you order. The food is a little pricey but very good and worth it. I had the steak for 28 or 29 I do believe. Their prices are listed on their website.
Etch’s sister restaurants Amerigo or Saltine on West End Ave are always excellent options.
