Attended a party, not the party goers fault... The staff member was completely inept. She did not organize the group picture at all, little kids are not capable of descending order by height organizational skills... THEY'RE FOUR AND FIVE... Some kids started screaming they were stuck, she stood there, doing nothing, while parents and kids helped. Liability, anyone? She didn't pass pizza out to ALL children, until one of the parents asked her to finish, to which she just shrugged her shoulders, and handed them pepperoni pizza (kids asked for cheese, there was still cheese). Couldn't count tokens, because not all party goers got them. Parents asked her to get some so all kids had their allotted two tokens, but she didn't get them. All in all, terrible experience, probably won't choose to have my kids party there, when Fun City is only a half hour away. TL:DR SKIP bounce town, they don't care anymore, let the business die.

UPDATE!!: After the very respectful and kind response from the owner, we did return to bounce town and had a wonderful experience with the staff. They definitely took our concerns seriously and were very accommodating when we returned. Original: I would like to start by saying, I have had some good experiences with Bounce Town in the past. However, it became very clear to me that their priority was with booking birthday parties over their other guest my past visit; going as far as prioritizing this over accommodations for a child with special needs. When I walked up to the counter yesterday, the receptionist took all my information. She could see that my child with special needs was upset waiting to go play. He becomes very agitated when he does not understand why we are waiting; typically, this is not a huge problem because we can pay and enter and he is happy. The receptionist gave me the total and as I took my card out to pay she picked up a phone call (without saying anything to me). She proceeded to stay on the phone for several minutes booking an entire birthday party and completely ignoring me like I did not exist. This made my child with special needs very frustrated, he was visibly getting more and more frustrated (which she could clearly see and hear), but rather than placing her call on hold for 30 seconds to just process our transaction - she stayed on the phone pretending we were not there. She never said one word to me and acted as if we were just an inconvenience to her. If it wouldn’t have upset my children, I would have left. Not only is this extremely rude, it is 100% discriminatory to individuals with special needs. She could not take 30 seconds to accommodate to us and pause her phone call - which again, she took mid conversation with us. It makes me sad and frustrated that some have a complete lack of empathy or understanding and care for children with special needs. I am extremely upset by this.

Had my sons birthday here. They did a great job, the kids had a blast and it was well hosted. Great pizza too!

Extremely hot! Air broke down the day prior to the party and was repaired but was extremely hot for the little ones and adults.

For the weekend sessions, yes, you would need to call ahead & let us know how many kids you are bringing & that you have a pass so we can hold a spot(s) for the children.
