Courtyard Senior Apartments are very spacious, incredibly quiet and beautifully designed homes with large windows that provide wonderful sunlight. With a total of 63 units in a 2-story ranch-style building, overcrowding and competition for community spaces and amenities is never an issue. Apartment homes have multiple generous walk-in closets, wide hallways, spacious bathrooms, kitchens, and walk-in/sit-in showers. There is both surface and underground parking with easy walking access to nearby Greenfield Park and Rainbow Park. Many grocery shopping options are within walking distance (maximum distance 1 mile), like Festival Foods, Aldi, Dollar General, Kwik Trip. Others, including Pick'n'Save, Target and Piggly Wiggly, are a short drive away. Numerous fast food options are within walking or quick driving distance, like Fazoli's, DQ, McDonald's, Culver's, Chick-fil-A, Oscar's. A Credit Union is steps away across the surface parking lot. There is a Community Room with varied activities throughout the week, and a comfortable lounge area and outdoor patio. Residents have the option of planting gardens in the Spring. There are storage units and coin-operated laundries on each floor, as well as a fitness room on the 1st, and a library on the 2nd. The premises are kept neat and clean by weekly professional cleaners. Staff are kind, helpful and attentive. There is an on-site property manager 3 days/week. Rents are competitive and surprisingly reasonable for the high quality of these residences. Courtyard Senior Apartments is the Metro Milwaukee area's best-kept secret for Senior housing!
