The doctor’s seem unqualified. The front office staff seem very inconsiderate. They close at 5pm, I got off work at 4:30 in Albuquerque and I needed to pick up a letter. I was only 10 minutes away and I tried calling them so many times to make sure they didn’t lock up right at 5 because I was barely going to make it. I began calling at 4:45 and they never once picked up. Do better! I don’t care if it was closing time on a Friday, you were still in business.

Wife's appointment was 0900, got there at 0830, it's now after 1100 and not done. They expect you to be on time but they don't have to be. Absolutely uneceptable. Absolutely no way to run a business. Should have read other reviews before coming here, but then again...just about every medical facility in New Mexico seems to be this way. Pitiful!

I was a patient for almost 20 years. Tried to get a get a prescription renewed that was out of refills. I was told I was no longer a patient with no explanation.

I didn't even make it inside the building, my 24 yr. daughter is coughing up blood and all they did was.shuffle me around to different people, they hung up on me 3/times and I had to call them back. Worst experience ever!
