Literally a huge waste of time and money!! If I could give this a -5 I would!! I go to see a DR because I literally get a sinus infection every year and know exactly what I need to make sure it is maintained.....I see Dr Grady for literally 3 min, this is after waiting 2 hours after check in, she dismisses every one of my issues and all of my symptoms. I left feeling like I had NO say in how and what I should ask for when seeing a DR, I will NEVER go back there.....she was still hung up on the Covid-19 drama!!! Legit 100% disappointed in this facility and the staff!

They have you make and appointment just to sit here for 1 and 1/2 hours after your scheduled appointment to be called to the back and then wait and hour more to be seen! They definitely do not respect your time but expect you to respect theirs!

I scheduled a video appointment at 8am, still waiting 45 min later. They have no respect for their patients' time or concerns.

Because urgent care is for same day appointments and it is not an emergency room ehich is open 24/7 and pres medical center is not a hospital, It's a clinic as in normal business day hours.

PMG Urgent Care in Belen is usually open Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm. Holidays may be different.
if you called the night before you could get in from 8 to 10am otherwise you need a appointment. Or you can call in at 7:30 a.m. and get an appointment for that morning
It depends on the reason for your visit. If you already have an appointment you will go straight past the front desk to the Check In/Check Out area. If you have Lab Orders already in the system, go down the main hallway to the Lab, all other reasons you must stop at the front podium and fill out a blue form and then you will be directed by the wonderful staff
