This is a shout-out to Ben & Mike. We thought we may have had a gas leak and called Tri-Gas @ 6:00am. Ben instructed us on what to do while he dispatched Mike (who showed up in an incredibly short period of time) Mike checked the line for leaks, verified our safety, and checked all units for proper pilot settings. I had propane service through another company that cut off my propane without notice...much to my chagrin. But in less than 24 hours Clyde Ellis from Tri-Gas was at my house putting the final details together to has new tanks installed and connected. They worked seamlessly with heater and heat pump installers, Moon Services. Everything looks beautiful and I never even lost hot water. Top notch customer service. Jim Zack

I know this is overdue but still needed to RATE this a 5+ for this service. I called Frank Marshall with an heating emergency. I was frantic and it was really cold at my grandmother's place. Frank was instrumental in connecting me to Rick S from Comfort Plus and his team was absolutely exemplary in service and caring when my grandmother Eloise Moorhead's heater was inoperable and needed a whole new heater. It was starting to get cold middle of October and her birthday was on a Saturday and family was coming from many states and she had no heat. Through tri-gas, I was connected with Rick S in which I worked with directly. The service was bar none and everyone went above and beyond to take care of this within days and her 101 th birthday was a huge success. Comfort Plus even sent a birthday card which we received on Saturday. I cannot say enough about the service, but also the caring and support shown to us in such a hectic time. You should be very proud of your employees and the superior management support of your team. I don't have all the names of the technicians, but my personal Thanks goes out to all of them. Last month her pilot went out and she was without heat in the coldest temperatures. I called early in the morning and again everyone came to her aid and although the technicians had worked all night on service calls, it was taken care of promptly from Rick, to the dispatcher to the technicians. I once again say thank you and will always recommend your organization to anyone that needs your services. Hope you know what a fantastic team you have. Keep up the great service and Have a Great 2018. The connection from Tri-Gas and Comfort Plus was a winning combination. Thanks again Tri-Gas, this started with Frank and he acted immediately and his service was fantastic and very easy to work with as well. Stellar service.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Took money out of my account 6 days ago and still can't tell me when my propane is coming. Good thing I didn't call about a leak.....
