Worst utility company that serves Lancaster. I paid $300 to get gas line installed for new gas pack unit. 3 months later I call and ask about why I still don't have a meter installed. They tell me that I have to get it inspected - so I have to call building and zoning. Building and zoning tell me that I should have gotten a permit prior to doing anything. One would assume if I needed to do anything other than pay the $300 the people at LCNGA would have told me.
