Pulled up on a Monday afternoon (1:30pm) for a rapid test. I called then checked in on the website. Waited about 30 min for the actual swab as there were 2 people ahead of me in their car. Will update on the time of the results.

If you have insurance, you don't pay out of pocket.
My son and I did a walkin couple of weeks ago. We had to register before they test you.
I know if you have Medicare, DC insurance or outside of the U.S. its $150. I'm not sure if you don't have insurance.
We currently conduct PCR tests only at the Waldorf location. Our PCR turn around time is 24 hours from the time of testing. We do accept Unite Healthcare Medicare.
