City repairs to our property are mearly thinly veiled attempts at vandalism. Every attempt to reach out for assistance from the city has been met with consternation and ridicule and lots of interruption by individuals not even trained well enough to feed my dog.

The city of Marshall Utilities is wonderful, but my husband and I are frequently frustrated by the recycling station always being closed. I called and they told me that it is a free service to us and it costs the city to provide recycling. They close the station when the dumpster is full. While we understand this, it also frustrates us that we are trying to do something good for the environment and we simply can't because the station is always closed. I hope that the city of Marshall will consider ways to help us (who are consciously working every day to help the environment) actually be able to recycle. I'm sad to say that we will probably not recycle anymore because of this.
