I had just pulled money for rent and my light bill. See, since I moved to this place I've been broken into weekly. Really, who does this. Well, I only have 200.00 I need another 400.00 . Where can I get help. I will donate my time .I'm disabled

family promise only helps people with children i would call 311 an see if there is any rental assistance for you.

I'm a single father of two disabled children.Sine I've had custody of them for 8 years we have been in the same apt. I missed one recertification schedule and section 8 terminated my valchure. We are on the verge of being homeless. Is that fair?

If you are in need of help please contact them and apply through the website. This is a small organization that is mostly volunteer run. They do not have staff that keeps up with Google comments.

If I have a friend that moved into the shelter and asked to talk to her could I? We are social media friends but we video called frequently and grew close like brothers and sisters

Im pretty sure Family Promises allows visits at the dayshelter but I believe the client would need to get staff approval first. They try to protect the confidentiality of all clients and their families.

Hi Victoria, we are currenly full, but I highly recommend calling and doing an intake to see if you qualify for any services and if we can refer you somewhere that might be able to help sooner than us.
