My case was resolved swiftly and professionally. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back to Ken in the future and I recommend him and his practice.

Excellent services and advice. If you need a lawyer they’re the ones to go to!

Wonderful Law offices. I was accused of assault and Jack was able to to get the case dismissed without it going to trail.

Questions & Answers

I am not eligible for expungement due to a fraud case of taking of hotel services 35 years ago.. I will need an Attorney for a Pardon. What is the cost. Thanks.

Pardon cases must be directly issued by the Governor. Currently there is no legal remedy in obtaining one. The best we could do is write a letter on your behalf along with an application but there is no guarantee a pardon will be issued.

What is the cost for advise about expungement for a 35 year old case. I was convicted of a third degree felony for illegally obtaining Hotel services for two days at $720.00 in 1985. I would appreciate the information. Thanks.

Please call our office in January when New Mexico’s expungement laws take effect.

Moving to New Mexico from South Carolina. I am a felon and my dad is a gun owner. What precautions does he need to take, as I will be living with him?

Your father would need to buy a gun safe for all firearms and ammunition and store them there where you do not have a key or access.
