I did not show up for an appointment, but I was rushed to the Emergency Room and was admitted into the hospital. When I called after I got out of the hospital, the stylist would not listen to why I did not make the appointment. She was rude, snappy, and short tempered. She charged me almost $100 because I had to pre pay for the service on line before I came.
