I’d be happy to fix the review, once I find out why I’m missing some of my things. It’s the strangest thing ever. Iv been chasing Jack for answers. If you have a problem with this company you will need to hire an attorney. In my opinion this business is sketchy!! I’m missing approximately $10,000 in my Mother’s China. I’ve seen from previous reviews that they do not fix their problems. So beware. I’m just warming- up. Iv hired at attorney. This isn’t going away!! Employees were very polite but boxes containing mixed contents were sparsely labeled and incorrectly placed. MANY boxes worth of home goods were left on site for me to move. Packers came insufficiently prepared and ran out of materials. Dining room floor was gouged and company has made no effort to ameliorate any of these concerns after two previous emails.

Im an employee and yes we do have controlled environment storage but its not publically accessible. We would pick up your furniture, unload in our warehouse, then deliver when youre ready.
