RV service is very challenging these days with facility, employee, and supply chain issues effecting many aspects of this business! My experience with RV Country in Fresno has been top notch from Ashley in Service to Jorge in the shop - and recently Joe - a new addition to this location as Service Manager.

About 3 weeks ago we brought our Class A Entegra Vision XL to Ashley and RV Country for additional and follow up warranty related issues. As has been the case the previous 2 other times, Ashley received us with a warm welcome and genuine interest. She was delayed in meeting with us but came out to the lobby apologizing for the delay, which we appreciated. As for the repairs, almost every item was repaired. The repair documentation was reviewed and explained to us, to our satisfaction. Ashley gets our highest appreciation for keeping us updated and being responsive during this repair time. Although Jayco/Entegra do not, obviously, provide the highest quality of craftsmanship, Ashley steps up with professionalism, knowledge, empathy, and responsiveness to customer experience. We’ll keep doing business with RV Country as long as RV Country employs people like Ashley. Victor and Beckie

Jon is a rockstar! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and even took the time to show me the ins and out of the trailer via video chat on Google. Ask for Jon when you are ready to buy your trailer, you won’t be disappointed with his service.

Do not take your RV here for service or repairs. They deserve zero stars. We had a scheduled appointment and were told service would be performed in one week and it took three weeks. There was no communication between the service staff and us. We had to call everyday to get an update and we received excuse after excuse for the delay. To make things worse we had the shop add extenders to our tires and when we got home we realized there was no air in the tires. We will never take our RV here again or buy anything from them. It's a shame. We bought a trailer and RV when it was Paul Everett's. Don't waste your money or the safety of your family with RV Country in Fresno.

There is an inline fuse located in the front I believe next to your batteries in your landing gear sa-2 Blade Spade type fuse check that if not there's another thing that looks like a just a junction box there's a fuse in that and you got to look really good on that one because it's either built in or part of that little round discs junction box and mine is on the driver side
