Called in from a Title company to resolve a tax issue on a closed escrow. Agent was VERY rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to help and had a terrible attitude as well. I simply wanted something in writing to clear up the charges and he was unwilling to provide it. Bottom line, WORST customer service in Fresno, on many occasions.

If I could give Fresno County a ZERO rating I would. It's absolutely the worst county in California, and California already has some of the worst counties in the nation. They intentionally send out tax bills late to give as little time as possible to pay, they reject early payments that are legally made without notice if you try to counter them, and then they never resolve any complaints that are 100% proven to be their fault ALL TO INTENTIONALLY GET MASSIVE LATE FEES. Corruption to the point of fraud is the only word for it.

You are stuck in the 20th century... Can't even upload forms for Change of Address, etc... Have to manually fill out the form and send it by snail mail.

No way to talk to anyone. Phone rings for hours and no one answers. Need to find my parcel number and no way to get it.
