Nelson (who lied about rules and his name) made us feel extremely uncomfortable and was very rude. I’d request the manager to please remove such a hostile employee in a customer facing workspace. **update: the manager reached out and understood the situation and how the issue was isolated to one particular employee. Hope moving forward others do not experience the same issues. Changing from 1 star to 3

We came from a different state to buy few items. They were extremely rude especially Jose. He wouldn’t allow more than 3 of us inside. We had 5 different tax IDs with us, all separate transactions, yet he only allowed 3 of us to go in. The rest of us had to wait outside. Awful customer service. Would not recommend. And Jose should not be employed in a customer facing position, worst experience ever Update: the employee lied to us about his name, his real name is Nelson. If the manager reads this, Nelson is losing you lots of money in business.

I could had given less than 1 star. The employee named "Jose" is the worst employee i have ever seen. I think NY labor department needs to check on him. Very rude, very unprofessional, makes his own different rule everyday. If husband is allowed in the store then wife is not allowed. If husband-wife allowed then children now allowed. Avoid this business. He refused to give the manager number.
