Worst company ever they treat their employees like garbage. Specially the coordinators they give them too many cases and want them to work quickly. The director Gina is the worst director the company could ever hire. She doesn’t know anything, she doesn’t even know how to property write an email

If I could give zero stars I would.I currently have been working for them 6months. They don't keep up with the staff to make sure u get paid.They cut hours and if they make mistakes on your check u have to wait A week.Staffing is sporadic at best,understaffed underpaid and the turnover rate will make your head spin.On top of all this they fail to keep contact with clients and will assign workers who may not show.Nothin is reported concerning clients they just change the aide.Run by horribly greedy ppl who get their money regardless.

Beware of this place !! They are extremely unprofessional and lack communication. The coordinators always call last minute and fail to do there part. The coordinator would always call me at the end of the day and suggest that she will contact me the following day when she begins her shift! I’m removing my father from this agency and am moving forward with a much more professional and reliable agency. I suggest not to even try , there are plenty of other agency’s who I’m sure are much more pleasant to deal with
