Arrived at BW primary For an 8 o'clock appointment. I was to see Ashley Carnegie for the 1st time. When I arrived no one was at the front desk so I waited to be checked in. The Receptionist arrived quickly and processed my check in paperwork. By the time that was completed Doctor Carnegie said it was now 4 minutes after my appointment and would not see me. This practice has gone very down hill. I have been coming here for years and the doctors continue to change. On my 5th physician as they keep leaving. Then to see a physician for the 1st time and she will not see you because SHE claims you're 4 minutes late when you were IN the office with the receptionist is not fair. It's hard enough to get through to this group and make an appointment, let alone showing up and Dr Carnegie won'tsee you because the front desk. Is this an example of the left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing? Time to change practices.

This physician is caring and knowledgable , and always gives referrals when necessary. It is an overall well staffed and has many caring persons to give care. It is also extremely handicapped accessable.

The staff and medical professionals here are great. They take their time to listen and diagnose. I've been a patient for over 15 years and I have no complaints. They even offer a Saturday morning urgent clinic in Owings Mills in foundry row.

My family and I have been using BW Primary Care for a decade. Our physician, Kerri Davis, has provided excellent care for us over the years and is efficient at following up when required. The practice has an easy to use portal where patient info can be accessed. Patients can also communicate with they physician using the portal.
