I had been thinking about having my veins done for a long time and put it off for years. I shouldn’t have. The Vein Clinic located in Baltimore in Federal Hill is wonderful. Dr Garzon is amazing and truly does all he can do to be sure his patients are safe. I had a small complication but he went above and beyond to be sure I had no serious issues. All the employees at that site are amazing and so very nice—every single one. I do not have all their names; I wish I did because I’d like to call them all out by name, but I don’t remember all the names! However, I want to call out Fredericka. From my very first meeting with her, we really connected, talking about family and life in general. All the staff are experts at making patients feel comfortable and I really needed that. The gentleman who greeted me each time was so good at that—comforting me and providing all kinds of assurances! The entire process was so easy. I went in for an hour or so and then went to work afterwards without missing a beat! So easy! I brag about my experience to friends and work colleagues!

Honestly I’ve never met such friendly staff. Everyone is the office is wonderful and very personable. They answered all my questions, worked with my insurance and have gotten me in so quickly with my chaotic schedule. I have gotten both my legs worked on twice. Dr. Garzon is amazingggg. Very thorough and explains everything in simple terms. I highly recommend this facility to take care of your varicose veins. So worth it, I am SO happy with the results.
