I am all about giving companies the opportunity to do right when mistakes happen, but when the mistakes continue to happen after the managers get involved, it's a culture issue and representative of the company as a whole. My car has been to their shop half a dozen times to rectify a factory paint issue and still continues to have issues despite being repainted by this shop and being told it wouldn't leave without the managers inspecting it themselves. I have seen it all with this company from a door handle reinstalled incorrectly to having the car painted two different shades, painted in an unclean booth so there are imperfections in the paint, leaving surfaces unpainted, unlevel paint surfaces, not reinstalling trim and it goes on. I'm stuck going to them because of the dealer's relationship with them. I hope whoever reads this takes the time to do their own research to find the right body shop for them. It's apparent they can do good work from other reviews, but I've had and continue to have a very different experience. Fingers crossed they can eventually do it right!

Look nowhere else for an auto shop. My car was hit by a deer and the front was super smashed up. Anthony is a magician and brought my car back to brand new and kept me updated throughout the whole job. 10 stars!
