Jonathan in store # 0527 waited on me. I was worried because I had a complex international shipment with invoices and bills of gladdening. Jonathan knew all about it and handled the whole thing in a friendly and efficient process. Much better experience than with the "Brown truck guys".

I was overnighting critical medical records. Jordan was great...knowledgeably, confidently, professionally, and efficiently took care of packaging and handling my order. Couldn't have been smoother or easier! I rarely ship overnight. Cost was more than I expected but at 4:50pm there were still 3 options for overnight arrival (~ 8 or 10am or 4pm) with prices varying accordingly.
