Go elsewhere, no one greeted me, or asked if I needed help and while at the counter the staff felt it was important to be in the back room while a live customer is ready to be ring up. No sorry for the wait, nothing. Where is the customer service? Do better!

On the average their services are good but try not to forget anything in their vehicle when returning it. Because if you do even if you come back 10 minutes after it's gone. Speaking from experience.

I have had the worst costumer service experience ever at this location and the manger “Sylvester” should be reprimanded including termination. There are people wearing uhaul shirts claiming they don’t work there. This location prefers to leave their trucks on the middle of the driveway blocking your entrance and exit. They refused to move the trucks out the way for you to safely exit and were extremely rude and disrespectful. This is the last thing you need on you moving day. Do yourself a favor and NEVER patronize this location.
