I’ve gone to this pharmacy for a long time, now. Filled dozens of prescriptions. More than once they’ve been out of stock for something fairly routine, or they are slow to fill stuff. I’ve never complained or made a fuss, but today was different. My 4 year old went to urgent care for a painful ear infection. They sent a script and said it would be half an hour. When I went over 60 minutes later the tech just scoffed and told me it “wasn’t even due yet.” When I clarified that I wanted it so I could give a dose before the kids bedtime, and asked if there was anything we could do she was so rude. “Not with 200 ahead of you.” This pharmacy’s busy level isn’t my problem. It’s one thing to not be able to help but not only did she not even try, but she was callous and rude and scoffed at my concern for my child. Guess I’ll be finding a new pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible. Told me meds would be ready in 30 minutes at 11AM. I went back at 4PM, waiting in line for 40 minutes and was told it wasn’t ready and to come back in 39 minutes. Inexcusable incompetence.

If you’re looking for the *worst* most inconsistent, RUDE, and exhausting way to fill a prescription, you’ve found it! I can not believe these people are allowed to treat customers.. or even just other human beings like this. I have literally never written a bad review for any company or service in my 30+ years. Do not give them your time, money, or energy. Trust me. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. The black market would be more friendly and accommodating than this Walgreens. I would rather get my medication from a drug dealer than these criminals.

This pharmacy is incredibly slow every time I need a prescription. 2-3 weeks ago I stopped in to pickup a prescription in the store. I stood in line for 20 minutes and not a single person in front of me completed a transaction. I finally gave up and left. Today, my doctor called in a prescription. I called Walgreens to see when it would be ready and after being on hold for 20 minutes was told 12:15. Showed up to pickup at 12:55 and was told that it was not ready and I would have to wait another 30 minutes. If you value your time, don't go here. I am changing pharmacies.
