I was very disappointed with this company. I was told a delivery was coming either Friday May 27th, Monday May 30th (which was Memorial Day and I questioned if they would even be open, but was told they were) or Tuesday May 31st. I took all days off to ensure I would home for the delivery. When I didn't hear anything I called on Friday to see when it was coming. They said they had my wrong phone number and they would not be able to deliver it until June 1, 2 or 3 instead of the 3 days I had off for the delivery. So then I took June 6th off from work as well, and CONFIRMED my correct phone number. On June 6th, I called first thing in the morning and they confirmed with me that the bed would be coming between 8-12 with a one one call ahed, I had booked the loading dock at my condo all morning, until 12pm. At 11:30am, I had not heard anything so I called the company back and they said they would NOT able to do the delivery on that day! I said it was unacceptable and they transferred me several times, each person saying there was nothing that could be done. When I asked why I wasn't told about it when I confirmed that very morning, they had no explanation. When asked when they were going to tell me it wasn't coming, again, no explanation. I told them that I had taken off several days for the delivery, Eric finally managed to get it done on the 6th. But when it came, it was on the WRONG truck. It was scheduled to come on a truck with a fork lift and did not! It was in a regular truck. A MILLION thanks to the delivery person, Peter, who somehow managed to move a 600 pound crate into the loading dock and was a very nice and helpful person. If he had not been able to, or had not been as willing as some of the people in company, my building would not have accepted the load. Furthermore when I insisted that they bring it on the 6th, I was told "You can pick it up from our warehouse." I PAID for the delivery, on a FORK LIFT because it was huge (600 pounds) and they wanted me to pick it up in my person vehicle. I am very disappointed. I will never use this company again and do not recommend it.

If you gonna move your household items when relocating this is the place to go. They have trailers you load yourself or you can hire movers to load the trailer. This is called U-Pack its a subsidiary of their freight business. You'll save a ton of money this way by putting your best foot forward and loading your own personal effects. My family has used this service a numerous amount of times. When the driver comes to drop the trailer they explain how to install the wall that holds everything in place. They'll help with the ramp you use to carry the things into the truck. Then on the destination end they'll remove the boards for you and answer any questions you have. Just an all around great experience. The only way your furniture gets damaged is with careless loading and not using your own rope to help secure the load. So for an extra 25 or 30 dollars you'll have piece of mind. There is vibration in any truck that's on the highway so secure your own personal effects. This is a 10 star business
