My “two hour” store pick up for an order ended up being more like 5 hours, despite going to the store myself at the time my order should be ready. Brought the item to checkout and let them know I have a pickup order for this exact item, and showed my order confirmation. I understand things are more advanced than just fulfilling an order myself and being good to go— but when I am given a timeframe, I do expect stores to honor that, especially when I’m doing half the work myself.

I remember this location used to have more bedding and pillows. Now the selection seemed to be much smaller. Location wise it's great as we could visit multiple stores in one trip.
