Stay away! My wife and I made appointments today to get our booster shot. When we got there we were told to stay in line with the people who were picking up prescriptions. There were around 15 people in line and it wasn’t moving. After 10 minutes we asked the pharmacist what’s the point of waiting in line if we have an appointment and it’s past our appointment time. She rolled her eyes and told us to get back in line. Looked at us like we were garbage and told us she’s understaffed. How is this our problem?! We left and are now at Akme Pharmacy were they take walk ins and are friendly and efficient.

Booked COVID booster for my daughter online and when we got to the store on time for our appointment, waited in line for about 10 minutes to be told that they do not do vaccine for kids under 12, even though it says they do on the website.

HORRIBLE SERVICE , I’ve been trying to call them for days and I’m kept on hold and when someone is about to pick up the call , your put back on hold. I had a prescription sent to this pharmacy over 4 days ago. No one has called me to inform me if it’s ready or they have an issue. Bad customer service!!!!!!!

Don’t bother calling this pharmacy, you are automatically placed on hold before you have a chance to say “Hi my name is”. Even when the line rings again you will be placed on hold over and over and over again until someone feels like talking to you to help you out.
