We had our counters and backsplash done - both look great and we are happy with the work! Unfortunately our sales rep changed in the midst of our remodeling and the communication afterwards was very poor. When the remodel was complete there was damage to the siding and drywall in our kitchen - no one reached out to confirm if the job was done and how it looked. When I shared that there were some small repairs needed they took a look and said that it would cost extra to repair even though it was caused by the remodel itself. Lots of moved dates for install and a lack of communication overall - frequently had to reach out for a status updates. I would not recommend!
