Been going there for a year im greatful to be able to go to the gym I never was a gym person but have realized the importance of lifting weights. Going to this gym has shown me that I have a lot of work to do to get in the shape I would like to be in.

Love going to this gym! I've always felt awkward going to a gym because I'm overweight and in poor shape. Here, I feel great! The motto "No Gymtimidation" is absolutely true! I enjoy taking the lessons - I'm glad, also, that I took the lesson for the 30-Minute Workout so I get a really good workout in those times I cannot attend a lesson. I'm very glad I joined the California Planet Fitness!

“No judgment zone” they claim… yet as soon as you walk in the door there is a giant sign and a “lunk alarm” to humiliate the people who take their fitness very seriously. The hypocrisy will make your head spin🤦🏻♀️. So they basically describe a body builder or a power lifter and make it as if they are doing something wrong by drinking a gallon of water a day and lifting heavy to maximize their OWN PERSONAL FITNESS RESULTS. Crazy. And rude and discriminatory. This stems from a place of insecurity and envy😑. So because someone else’s success makes you uncomfortable…. You should stifle their growth to make yourself feel better??? Do better PF
