The exam went nicely, as did the measurement. 2 was go by with no feedback so I call and get a digital assistant. After about 2 minutes of pressing buttons and waiting the automation hangs up on me. I call again, ask for a representative. The digital assistant says sure… and then on hold forever - still, no one answers. Gees :\

I read the raving reviews about offering great care for walk ins, but in an emergency having eye pain they turned me away, "Stating we don't have room for you, we can't fit you in". In pain and disappointed!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my daughter. The doc thoroughly explained why she recommended glasses in layman’s terms so that we both understood. Alex was great with helping my daughter find glasses that were a perfect fit! He also helped me get the best price with my insurance benefits! Overall a great visit and eye care place!
