Tonight while I was browsing the nonalcoholic section I overheard two Total Wine employees talking about how “pointless” nonalcoholic beverages are and how nonalcoholic beers and spirits are such a “waste” especially for the price. So disappointing. Drinking alcohol is a choice and some may choose not to because of personal preference, health issues, or addiction. Whatever the reason — customers deserve to make their purchase in peace without any discouragement. Thankfully I’m confident in my alcohol free lifestyle but I would’ve hated it someone less confident overheard that conversation. I hope the staff at this location will do better in the future and I hope Total Wine continues to be inclusive and expand their NA selection.

We had a consultation/tasting with Nick to select wines for our son's wedding. Nick was super flexible when we had to change our scheduled time at the last minute. When we finally got there he, and everyone else that works there, was super friendly and made the experience super enjoyable. He asked the right questions to determine what we wanted and spent well over an hour with us. He explained in great detail, and in a way we could understand, the characteristics of each wine and made sure our selections would pair well with the meals being served. Several other employees jumped in to help when it was time to fill our rather large order and helped us load everything in our vehicle. I HIGHLY recommend Total Wine and Nick if you are planning a huge celebration. He will take great care of you and make your party a success!!!

I visited a couple weeks ago. It wasn't crowded. Staff wore masks, as did all customers.
Not in Virginia. At least not yet. The best way to see if you can get some is stop in your local store and see if they can order it.
They have a good selection and some on tap for growlers. You have to clean your growler. When you bring ot back the just fill it with what you want
