Very disappointed - my 84 yo father went there and was told due to his cataracts, a new prescription wouldn’t help him see better with new eyeglasses. Yet, they then proceeded to sell him a pair of new prescription computer glasses?! (Which makes no sense). When he received the new computer glasses, of course they didn’t work. He made an appointment to see the Dr to get them adjusted. Minutes before the appointment, they had an assistant call him to cancel the appointment. They are now stating that he “insisted” on getting new computer glasses so now he’s stuck with paying $300 for glasses that don’t help or work (on a fixed income). They refuse to refund him or take them back. What kind of Dr office sells a patient something they know won’t work or help? They have scammed and took advantage of elderly. Unacceptable.

Just horrible. The techs and the ladies at the front desk, were very good, no complaints.l at all The Dr kept complaining about the office she normally works at has better equipment, etc. If you are so unhappy about being in this office, why come here.? The dr. wanted us to go to the other office and get some procedure done without any good explanation. Um, no. Going to go see a different eye Dr. Just weird. I’ve never had a dr. not give any paperwork on a recommended procedure. I’m not going to tell everything that happened during this visit. I will just go somewhere else.
