Their complex is right next to an animal shelter with dogs barking literally all hours of the day, the shelter also now has a rooster to add to the mix. They’ll say what they need to to lock you in the lease then make you deal with the consequences. It’s horrendous that an apartment complex can subject people to these living conditions. Good luck sleeping.

Great location and nice units. We had to pass, unfortunately, due to availability of units lacking natural light -- but would consider in the future if the need arises.

I have lived in Junction for about a month, and have nothing but great things to say... truly. From the very start of the process... the tour as well as the sense of urgency to get things finalized, was amazing. Shoutout to both Jason & Rudy, my leasing agents! The apartment itself is immaculate, of course brand new so the entirety of the community quite literally feels like living in a hotel. Close to the beach, close to 3rd street promenade, close to grocery stores. Literally the most perfect space to live in Santa Monica. But, it will definitely always go back to the genuine customer service for me! Rudy has been NEXT LEVEL in making sure all my needs are met, I couldn't be more grateful for him... a true servant. Big thanks to the entire Junction team! Having a more recent thought... I think it would be better than amazing if a jacuzzi was added to the rooftop whenever renovations/updates come around in the future. It's already perfect but that would be next level 😍❤️
