Fatima and June at the fourth floor payments desk (windows three and four!) were incredibly helpful in helping get my LID payment issue resolved after ML repeatedly ignored my emails and calls (he even ignored internal city employees when they tried to escalate to him!) Fatima worked with me for over an hour until the entirety of the issue was resolved even staying after they closed. Give these two women a promotion and raise and I guarantee that this process will be improved under their tutelage

My review of the rooftop view from the Seattle Municipal Tower. Highly recommended! You’ll have to take the elevator to the top. Then a second elevator to the next top floor. Find the maintenance stairs and head up a few more flights of stairs. Ask security desk for directions (jk).

Amazing views of the area and so many restaurants and other establishments in the building, including gym and convenience stores.

A nice skyscraper with an amazing view of Mt. Rainier. I was given little bit of history and reasoning for City of Seattle buying such a nicer building. I have feelings about Seattle govt being useless like how they have messed up businesses or unable to keep the city clean or roads are unkept or homless crisis, etc.. I had to visit the permit office as they upgraded the software and upgrade project has messed up their processes. And since, my upcoming construction was affected so, I had to go there. I expected their office to be horrible but they have nice facility and employees are helpful.. Now, only if elected officials are nicer and does something to fix issues instead of creating confusion... This review is about Seattle Municipal Tower thus I have given good rating. Not for Seattle govt...
