First time in this store brought some running shoes. New balance always makes great walking and running shoes among other great products for the feet!!!

Store was well staffed to help us find the correct fit and they accepted our return from an internet order that turned out to be the wrong size. They offer plenty of "buy one, get one half off" discounts on the less popular shoes, but not on premium NB models like the 860. For those you'll still need to shop online, preferably with a discount code in hand!

The 900 and 1000 series

Do they have the ability to remove the sole padding in the shoes and replace them with in-soles they sell? Do the employees know the foot well too, so they can accomdate arches?
