Lot rent is $725 I believe and there are no other fees besides your utility bills. The park does not have any other fees besides lot rent. There should still be some mobile homes for sale in the manor. It's a very large community so I'd say ride through the park and look or you could always call the parks management office to find out about availability of mobile homes for sale. I do believe there is still a mobile home or two for sale in Rio vista which is just a few miles away on sands road as well as patuxent shores next to Rio Vista. I personally like Rio Vista more cause it's a smaller community and the lot rent is much lower.
