The rental office is terrible no communication unless they're putting a violation on your door the well water always has violations when tested lots of contaminants

Quite friendly clean manufactured park. Usual rowdy "rude" children but overall it's better then the surrounding parks. High ground rent compared to years ago.

Office people are not professionals there are no professionals in this community at all that works for horizon Land Management. I guess we'll have another summer without the swimming pool but have not put anything out about it so I guess we're going to be playing guessing games this is the way this community works you never know what is going on day by day in it. They are so non-professional is pathetic.

Terrible management! All they care about is money and will not take care the f the land if you have issues! All management cares about is themselves and nothing else.

Yeah. People complain but if your kinda nice to the management, you won't have any problem at all. The ones who complain the most tend to get more inspection letters.
