DR. Maia Moraine Patel is the worst doctor to see she thinks she knows about you than you know your self. She accused me of trying to get medical exemption from Covid vaccine after I received my first dose Jan 15 2022 I had a allergic reaction to it just cuz you can’t find out what’s causing me to have 5-6 different things happening to me and u say it’s not medical cuz u didn’t find it rare side affects of vaccine and my life has been hell cuz of it and she’s telling me I have an anxiety when I have no history of anything like that. I was really disappointed by the immaturity of this so called doctor she verbally fought with me. She also told me this “even if you did get any reaction from vaccine it’s still better than death” and goes on to say get vaccine second cuz your perfectly healthy note this was my second visit to the doctor after goin to the emergency after 2 days of getting the shot of Pfizer. I’m no hater medical center is great staff is great. Just get rid of DR Patel. I will be taking higher action as I had the whole conversation recorded.

Dr. Patel and her team are amazing, friendly, the best bedside manner that any patient could ask for. I was here for my daughter's appointment and we talked about the family and mentioned about my son's appointment for a future date. Dr. Patel rescheduled his appointment so that we don't have to come in but to virtual appointment. She checked if he needed shots and he didn't need any. Now I don't have to take off work but can do it at home. Love them!!!

Very confusing ... Separate secretaries for departments but they sit openly beside each other ... One or the other there can't help you or Noone there ... Pharmacy didn't have an Rx that was ordered

After 7 wonderful years with Kaiser Permanente we are moving to Florida. We will truly miss the excellent medical care at Kaiser. Warm and friendly people from the time you walk in through any procedure. Several operations with outstanding results. Love the Kaiser family.

Not sure, but the the main Kaiser Permanente Hub is located in Halethorpe (South Baltimore), that may be where you would go. Your PCP should be able to get that info for you..

Yes, I had an x-ray done on my back and hand at this location. Very fast they took me right back and it's right behind the receptionist desk on the first floor when you walk in.
Yes. When it opened up I got a letter in the mail if I wanted to transfer. I'm sure if you call them they can transfer you. There was 3 female doctors to choose from when I had the option and everyone there is very friendly and helpful.
