Don't get these reviews. Just went in for an appointment, got my doctor's note, and got out. Everybody was kind there, just schedule your appointment beforehand and you should be good.

This place sucks - My daughter was not feeling well so she called first thing in the morning and they are like they don't have any appointment until 4:20 pm. She had class until 4:30 pm so she requested if she could come at 4:30 pm or little bit sooner and they were like "NO". Then she should come to the center tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!!! She had to go to Urgent Center. University of Delaware should just close it and stop stilling money from the students on the name of health center. Absolute money making gimmick like they are not getting enough money after ripping kids and parents on the name of out or national average on tuition fees and numerous "stand alone" charges. Stop stilling you greedy business people of University Of Delaware!

terrible service. friend busted a lip and chipped almost a full tooth and couldn’t even walk into the building without a random person letting us in by chance. receptionist was nice enough but the nurse came out asking who needs to be treated. as soon as he said it was him, she turned to the three of us and said “goodbye” and walked away with him. he was given bad advice and made to pay for it. this service is ridiculous and unacceptable and needs to be reformed immediately
