I have a very mixed review but I'm going to publish it anyway. On the one hand, the nursing staff and doctors here are THE BEST in the entire Veterans Administration Health System. I'm specifically talking about Tiffany and Dr. Wehr. They respect our service and do their best to help every veteran that comes through the door, not just as patients but as PEOPLE. I've never had a VA doctor look through my military and medical history record and ask me about it, like legitimately try to understand my concerns and then immediately do something about it instead of keeping me waiting for a referral that takes a month to process. On the other hand, the admin staff here takes a long time, is not very friendly, and is slow to greet and check in patients. This is unfortunately par for the course and my experience with alot of VA hospitals in the past, including the Boston VA hospital and Cincinnati VA. I feel like I could've driven to Altoona, driven back, and have been done with all of my appointments faster than waiting for the admin staff to check me in and check me out.

Anyone we have ever come in contact with has been very kind. My husband has been seeing doctors there for a long time. We would recommend this VA clinic to anyone.
