I was legitimately told that “we will not even been discussing that” when I asked about my fees and deposit after I had moved out. Legally I was not notified within 21 days about them and then when I called and asked about them, after already jumping through hoops for a couple weeks to make sure I didn’t get a “short notice” fee, the lady I talked to was not willing to communicate with me about my account. This place was good enough before GreyStar, but as someone who has solely lived in apartments my entire life (21 years), this isn’t even hitting top 10 list, and after GreyStar, has been my least favorite living situation I have ever dealt with.

Was fine until Greystar came in. They forgot to pay the water bill and now the water for my entire building has been shut down. Insane how you can continue to charge more from tenants and can't even expect the property manager to pay the bills on time...

I was helping a friend move into these apartments and there's absolutely nowhere to park as a guest but one spot in the front that was taken. Everything else was reserved. You have to park on the street and walk up. Then the tenant puts in their code and it enters into a game room. It was super warm in there which would've been nice if there's snow outside. But we were able to get her moved in fairly easily. The elevator was a bonus. The halls are kinda narrow. You can tell there's not much upkeep in the common areas. The inside of the apartments are open concept which gives it an industrial vibe. But there were a TON of sloppy quick turn mishaps in the unit. It was definitely a lower end company they're using to come in and paint/replace fixtures. All that money you pay to move into places and they don't invest in quality workers. Super sloppy missed paint job in the unit. Thankfully my friend said she noted it all on her walk through. Because I'm sure they'd pass the cost on during move out. The location works if that's your preferred area and there's a Safeway in walking distance. Also, to the dumb guy who stood in the way while we struggled to bring in shelving & then had the nerve to ask to take a picture of the shelving for his dad. You suck. So - thats the type of inconsiderate neighbor you'll have. Weirdo.

This property is Amazing! The leading staff are great and friendly. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I have been a resident for 3vyears and if my new job wasn't across the country I would still be living there. The grounds are always cleaned and well maintained. The activities they put on for the residents are fu for everyone. Skip living in Seattle!! Live here with far better space and amenities for a much better price!!
